in the film cool hand luke, luke does a number of stretch exercises to help move the eggs through the stomach. I think such movement will just make you barf. i recommend sitting down and staying perfectly still durig the callenge, preferabley on the toilet, for the inevertable conclusion (one end, or the other)
best of luck i say you'll make it a cool round figure of 40 eggs
