Hammered it playing footy last year, but never went to the physio or anything, so it's been almost a year now. Can walk fine but it hurts to sprint, so I try and avoid it. Don't think racing a dog would do it any good mate. Although obviously I would win. ; )

Alright speedy I want you to find a happy dog then race it on a field! Basically see who can run around about 400m the fastest!
