Ok guys and gals, so first of all you need to prepare your "assault course" by reading through the tasks below, then of course you will do each round in turn to complete your mission:

1. Take 5 staples to your arm or leg
2. Down a shot of washing up liquid
3. elastic band to the forehead and do 5 "let goes"
4. sit on a chair of upturned drawing pins (pushpins)- bare ass or boxers/undies only!
5. english mustard eye shadow
6. put each hand and each bare foot into mouse (or RAT) traps
7. Set fire to your pubes or arm pits
8. Gargle a tobasco sauce/water mixture
9. Snort some fizzy soda drink (cola, lemondade etc)
10.Throw a handful of black or white pepper in your eyes.
11. Down a shot of vinegar
12. One cumpulsary other added by yourself to make this unique and stand out for the win!
