OK guys and gals, so, in preparation lay out the following items on your bedroom floor in an adhoc manner(you may not have all of them but improvise, but NO wussing out!)

Upturned pins
Broken Glass
Holly/thorned branches twigs etc
Barbed Wire (for the hard core)
mouse traps
rat traps (for the hard core)
bonus points for inclusion of other genious items

at the end of the run a nice bowl of vinegar or lime/lemon juice to soothe those aching feet!

Now.....put on the blinfold, no peaking.... and RUN THE GAUNTLET and then SOAK THOSE FEET
