Only slight deviation to ingredients is allowed....

Add:
WARM Milk
a raw egg or 2(unbeaten)
a generous helping of salt
a generous helping of cottage cheese
a generous helping of tobasco sauce or curry powder etc
a small glass of vinegar
sprinkle with cheese
add a knob of butter
add some cooking or olive oil
a nice fresh greeny now Phlegm ball)!
add a small shot of fresh warm piss
now rip out a handful of pubes.... and i mean a handful, right now! and sprinkle on the top as garnish
DOWN IT!
