ok, add a GENEROUS helping of washing up liquid to your glass
add a TINY bit of water just enough to make the correct consistancy to:

GARGLE it and produce loads of bubbles (then swallow!!)
SNORT it and produce loads of bubbles down ur nose|!
Now drink some more grom the glass.
