This dare is a classic, the ultimate football time-waster – the cross bar challenge. We want you to hit the crossbar from anywhere outside the penalty area, have a look at Defoe and Brogan trying it to get your creative juices flowing.

As usual, there is adidas f50i merch up for grabs for the best entry! So get busy. You've got til the campaign's close date on September 30th to show us your best efforts...
