At least 50 Mentos must be used. You'll have to be clever about how you affix the Mentos to your body, but we must see the famous Mentos fizz.

Fantastic!! I can't wait to follow you on the site and check your next dare. (I had never been able to reproduce the Mentos / Coke trick - am I missing something basic?)
Well, make sure you're using DIET coke. Also, 2 liter bottles work best, and you need to be able to drop 4 into the bottle with one straight shot to get the best reaction. I drilled a hole through the center of each and strung them on a paperclip, through a hole on the bottle top. To start the reaction, all I had to do is shove the paperclip into the soda. Hope this helps.
