Hammered it playing footy last year, but never went to the physio or anything, so it's been almost a year now. Can walk fine but it hurts to sprint, so I try and avoid it. Don't think racing a dog would do it any good mate. Although obviously I would win. ; )

Won't work Adam. Dogs are focused animals. It will grab that biscuit and eat it on it's way to the finish line. It's how they roll.
